Steve Cantor
Steve Cantor, with 30 years of experience, is recognized as Southern California's leading berry specialist. Prior to
launching Produce International in 1992, Steve served in sales and management
positions with Cal Fruit and American Produce where he was responsible
for fresh berry sales. A Southern California native, Steve is Produce
International's Director of Sales and a partner in the business. Steve
is directly responsible for managing the Well-Pict Berry deal in the
Los Angeles market, where Produce International is the exclusive
distributor of this major brand of strawberries, raspberries,
blueberries, and blackberries. |

Pablo Guardado
Pablo Guardado enjoys the pace, camaraderie, and daily challenges of the produce business. Pablo started his career in the food industry with Boys Market in Los Angeles where he rose to the level of department manager. Pablo later joined Produce International in 1993 as the company's dispatcher. Four years later, Pablo transitioned to the sales desk where his product knowledge, personality, and work ethic have contributed to his success. Pablo works with Steve Cantor selling Well-Pict strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries.

Jim Hinderer
Jim Hinderer knows the produce business. He has worked in a wide range of positions during his 35 year career on the Los Angeles Wholesale Produce Market. From swamper to truck driver, receiver/dispatcher, administration, sales, to owner of his own business, Jim has learned the produce business from the dock up. At Produce International, Jim is Operations Manager and also is responsible for the Greens Department. Jim complements Produce International's complete assortment of fresh vegetables with the business philosophy of working hard to provide customers with dedicated service and the freshest quality product available. |

Keith Tagami
Keith Tagami was born and raised in the produce business. Keith started loading his father's produce truck as an eight year old boy on the old Seventh Street Produce Market behind LAPD. His career includes 26 years in the retail business, working as a produce manager with Boy's Markets, Pioneer Foods, and Lucky Food Stores. Keith started his wholesale produce career on the Los Angeles market with Borg Produce and T.D.I. prior to joining Produce International in 2002. Keith is responsible for selling the company's tomatoes, squash and cucumbers. |

Max Gomez
Max Gomez is proof that time flies by when you're having fun. Max says that it feels like yesterday that he started out as a produce clerk at El Mercado in 1971. Over forty years later, Max is now a sage veteran of the Southern California produce industry. His career includes positions in logistics and sales with Nakagawa, Valley Produce, Borg Sales and Prime Tropical. In 2011, Max joined Produce International where he works with childhood friend Keith Tagami to market the company's assortment of quality vegetables, including tomatoes, squash, cucumbers and chilies. |
